我院召開優質校建設推進會暨2018年上半年工作總結會

為進一步加強(qiang)工(gong)作(zuo)統(tong)籌(chou),推(tui)動工(gong)作(zuo)落實,7月11日,學院(yuan)召開(kai)優質(zhi)校建設推(tui)進會(hui)暨(ji)2018年上(shang)半年工(gong)作(zuo)總結會(hui),黨(dang)委書記王榮昌主持會(hui)議,學院(yuan)領導(dao)、優質(zhi)校各(ge)項目組有(you)關同(tong)志(zhi),學生處(chu)、招生就業處(chu)、財(cai)務(wu)處(chu)、資(zi)產管(guan)理處(chu)、總務(wu)處(chu)、安全保衛(wei)處(chu)有(you)關同(tong)志(zhi)參加會(hui)議。

會議聽取了優(you)質校(xiao)項目整體(ti)建(jian)設(she)(she)情(qing)況(kuang),9個項目組建(jian)設(she)(she)情(qing)況(kuang),資產采(cai)購、資金支出進展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)及有關職能(neng)部門上半年工作落實情(qing)況(kuang)的匯(hui)報,分(fen)析了當前優(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)及學生管理、安全(quan)穩定等(deng)工作存在(zai)的問題和不足,對做好下一步工作進行了安排(pai)部署。

會(hui)議認為(wei),今年以(yi)來特別是上次優(you)質校項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設(she)專題會(hui)議以(yi)來,各項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)組按照進度安排和會(hui)議要求群策群力(li)(li)、加(jia)班(ban)加(jia)點開(kai)展(zhan)建設(she)工(gong)作,有些(xie)任(ren)務目(mu)(mu)(mu)標已經超(chao)計劃完成(cheng)(cheng),有些(xie)完成(cheng)(cheng)難度較(jiao)(jiao)大的工(gong)作項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)已經找到(dao)了替(ti)代方案,整個建設(she)工(gong)作取得了較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)顯(xian)著的成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。但目(mu)(mu)(mu)前優(you)質校項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設(she)進度不(bu)均衡,有些(xie)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)進展(zhan)較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)緩(huan)慢,資產招(zhao)投標、資金支出(chu)滯(zhi)后(hou),有些(xie)任(ren)務建設(she)現(xian)狀距(ju)離目(mu)(mu)(mu)標差距(ju)較(jiao)(jiao)大,個別建設(she)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的瓶頸問(wen)題仍(reng)(reng)(reng)未解(jie)決(jue)。相(xiang)對于(yu)建成(cheng)(cheng)國(guo)內(nei)領先(xian)、國(guo)際先(xian)進的優(you)質高職院校的目(mu)(mu)(mu)標而(er)言,我校的建設(she)壓力(li)(li)仍(reng)(reng)(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)大、困(kun)難仍(reng)(reng)(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)多,必須依(yi)靠創新開(kai)拓新思路,依(yi)靠苦干(gan)(gan)(gan)實干(gan)(gan)(gan)干(gan)(gan)(gan)出(chu)新成(cheng)(cheng)效。

會議要(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)(yi)是優(you)(you)(you)勢(shi)力(li)量聚焦優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),把(ba)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)學院工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(部(bu)門(men)(men))要(yao)服(fu)從、服(fu)務于(yu)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的大(da)局,把(ba)精力(li)向(xiang)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)集(ji)中,統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)思(si)想、統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)調、統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)行動,全力(li)以赴(fu)做好這項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。年(nian)終考核中加(jia)大(da)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的比重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化正向(xiang)激勵(li),努力(li)形(xing)成(cheng)干事創(chuang)業的良好氛(fen)圍。二是瞄準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點指標(biao),在(zai)提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)上(shang)下功(gong)夫。把(ba)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)國(guo)家級、省級標(biao)志(zhi)性(xing)成(cheng)果和技術服(fu)務到(dao)款額(e)、科技成(cheng)果轉化等具有(you)橫向(xiang)可比性(xing)的量化指標(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點,進一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)解放(fang)思(si)想,針對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點指標(biao)和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難點問題(ti)切實拿出真招(zhao)、實招(zhao)、硬招(zhao),破解建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)難題(ti),提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)。三是把(ba)握暑假關(guan)鍵節點,推(tui)動建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)果再上(shang)新臺階。各(ge)項目組要(yao)利(li)用暑期時間(jian)充足的優(you)(you)(you)勢(shi),集(ji)眾(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)之(zhi)力(li)、匯眾(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)之(zhi)智,集(ji)中攻關(guan)解決(jue)難題(ti)。各(ge)單位(部(bu)門(men)(men))要(yao)樹(shu)立一(yi)(yi)(yi)盤棋的思(si)想,通力(li)配合(he)、全力(li)支持優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),對建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中遇(yu)到(dao)的問題(ti),要(yao)主(zhu)動協助解決(jue),推(tui)動建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)項目順(shun)利(li)進行。

會(hui)議認(ren)為,今年以來各(ge)(ge)有關職能(neng)處室按(an)照(zhao)年初工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)點,做了大量卓有成效(xiao)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為優質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)提(ti)供(gong)了有力(li)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障,但仍(reng)存(cun)在一些(xie)薄弱環(huan)節,需進(jin)一步加強(qiang)。會(hui)議要(yao)求,一是(shi)做實做細學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。根據(ju)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)特點強(qiang)化分類管(guan)理(li)(li),加強(qiang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)紀律意識,提(ti)高學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遵守(shou)紀律法(fa)制的(de)自覺性。抓(zhua)好(hao)養(yang)成教育(yu),培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)良好(hao)的(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)習慣、節能(neng)環(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)習慣等(deng)(deng)。二是(shi)抓(zhua)牢抓(zhua)好(hao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。加強(qiang)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu),排(pai)除安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患,提(ti)高師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)處理(li)(li)突(tu)發(fa)事件的(de)能(neng)力(li),打(da)造平安(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)園,為優質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)營造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)穩定的(de)校(xiao)園環(huan)境。把(ba)留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納入學(xue)院安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)重要(yao)內容,配(pei)備(bei)充(chong)足人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)、強(qiang)化日常管(guan)理(li)(li),確保(bao)(bao)(bao)學(xue)習活動順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)完成。三是(shi)安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)部署(shu)(shu)好(hao)假期(qi)(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。暑期(qi)(qi)優質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)設(she)、綜合改革、校(xiao)園基礎(chu)設(she)施(shi)整修等(deng)(deng)任務繁重,外出(chu)培(pei)訓的(de)領導干部也(ye)比較(jiao)多,假前(qian)各(ge)(ge)單位(部門(men))負責人(ren)(ren)要(yao)提(ti)前(qian)安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)部署(shu)(shu)好(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),確保(bao)(bao)(bao)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)進(jin)行。各(ge)(ge)部門(men)之間也(ye)要(yao)加強(qiang)協調溝通(tong),打(da)好(hao)配(pei)合戰,為暑期(qi)(qi)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)開(kai)展提(ti)供(gong)便利(li)(li)服務。
